About the instructor

Founding Director, Senior Instructor Dr. Mark Milligan PT, DPT, Cert TPS, Cert APHPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Dr. Milligan is a board certified fellowship trained orthopedic manual therapist who specializes in the intelligent prevention and treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of the Colorado, School of Medicine in Denver, Colorado. He is certified in Dry Needling and Therapeutic Pain Science. Dr. Milligan has served as adjunct faculty for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Programs at South College and The University of St. Augustine. Dr. Milligan has presented at numerous state and national conferences on topics such as: Dry Needling, Digital Healthcare, Diversity and Inclusivity within the field, Interdisciplinary Care, Patient Journey, Inequities of Healthcare, Social Justice, Policy and Payment, Rules and Regulations. Dr. Milligan is a public policy leader for Physical Therapy and has served on the TPTA, APTA, and AAOMPT is the past Capital Area District Chair for the Texas Physical Therapy Association. Mark is currently the chair of the digital health subcommittee for the policy committee of the Private Practice Section of the APTA. Dr. Milligan has a great interest in public health, population health, and governmental affairs which led him to create Anywhere Healthcare in 2017, an all-inclusive telehealth platform that could eliminate the physical barrier to access healthcare long before telehealth was on the radar in the field. This vision led to his current position as the Director of Physical Therapy with Vori Health, a digital nationwide speciality medical practice. Mark is the passion and vision behind Revolution Human Education. As a thought leader and innovator, he is driven to meet needs and solve problems in the ever changing and evolving field of healthcare.

Jerry Durham has a singular passion for leveraging the entire practice team towards improved patient outcomes while boosting the practice bottom line.A Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience and 20+ years of business ownership, including practice ownership, consulting and business coaching, Jerry has spent significant time on the front line, answering calls and learning why patients think and act the way they do when interacting with the front desk.

Primary Instructor Patrick Myers

Patrick Myers is a graduate of the University of Kentucky’s graduate program in physical therapy. He received a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville. He earned his Orthopedic SpecialistCertification (OCS), which qualifies him as a board certified orthopedic specialist. He was awarded both a certification in Executive Private Practice Management and his doctorate degree in physical therapy from EIM Educational Institute, an accredited physical therapy specialty education school. He was the founder and owner of Apex Physical Therapy in Louisville and a former owner in ProRehab Louisville. He practices primarily in orthopedics and has a special interest in healthcare technology and its applications in the physical therapy space.
